Dean Farmhouse was built during the reign of Queen Anne in 1702. At the heart of the beautiful 400 acre beef and arable farm it has many original features such as flagstone floors and exposed beams.
The south of the Isle of Wight is famous for its fantastic walks and spectacular views. Located only five minutes from the stunning south coast of the Island the farm has easily accessible footpaths leading to unspoilt villages, the downs and the sea.
Nearby beaches, such as Steephill Cove, provide superb swimming and the opportunity to buy fresh crab and lobster from the boat. There are excellent local pubs and Niton provides a grocery store, post office, chemist and butchers selling local meats.
The East Wing
Tastefully and comfortably furnished the self-contained East Wing of the farmhouse sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and has its own separate entrance.
The Blacksmith's Shop
The Blacksmith's Shop has been carefully renovated and furnished to the highest standard. The building stands alone behind the farm and has exceptional views of the surrounding countryside.
