You can make a reservation either by post, through the website (www.deanfarmholidays.co.uk) or over the telephone.

A 20% deposit of the full tariff is required to secure a booking. Provisional bookings are held for 7 days. If we have not received your 20% deposit in cleared funds within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

The price payable is the price stated on the website for the appropriate property and dates.If return ferry tickets are requested, Dean Farm Holidays trade rate is added to the 20% deposit required on receipt of the booking form and payment will be due.

I will forward the final balance one calendar month (4 weeks) before the holiday start date. If your holiday begins less than 4 weeks from the time of booking, the full tariff is payable on booking.

I accept that my 20% deposit is non-refundable. If I cancel the holiday after paying the balance then this is also non-refundable unless the property can be re-let, you will forfeit the Deposit only. A cancellation protection insurance policy is therefore highly recommended.

I accept that my ferry ticket payment is non-refundable.

A booking is usually from Friday to Friday. We ask that you arrive after 3.30pm and depart promptly by 10.00am on your departure date.

In the unlikely event of your accommodation becoming unavailable a complete refund will be paid.

The number of persons occupying the cottage shall not exceed the number stated on the booking form without prior consent.

The owners reserve the right to have access to the property at all reasonable times, with prior notice whenever possible.

The Owners cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to Hirer’s property, or for personal injury, or damage to cars parked at Hirer’s risk.

We reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any person(s) not complying with the conditions, or any conduct detrimental to the property.

The Owners endeavour to maintain high standards of comfort and cleanliness at all times. The Hirer must therefore undertake to keep all furniture, fittings and effects in the same good condition as they were found. Legally, you are responsible for any damage, repair or special cleaning and charges will be made accordingly.

You will receive by e-mail confirmation of your provisional booking/deposit received/ferry tickets and final balance received.

All personal details submitted to Dean Farm Holidays will not be known by any other party. All details are filed for 1 calendar year and then destroyed.

I accept that any of my possessions or property left behind after my final departure date are my responsibility and no liability can be accepted by Dean Farm Holidays for their safety or condition. Dean Farm Holidays are not obliged to return any item(s) and I accept that any item(s) returned by Dean Farm Holidays are by agreement only and will attract full postage and packing costs plus handling charge all of which must be paid over prior to return of the item(s).
