Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. I will forward the balance one calendar month before the holiday start date.
  2. I accept that my deposit is non-refundable. If I cancel the holiday after paying the balance then this is also non-refundable unless it can be re-booked. A cancellation protection insurance policy is therefore highly recommended.
  3. I accept that my ferry ticket payment is non-refundable.
  4. A booking is from Friday to Friday. We ask that you arrive after 3.30pm and leave by 10.30am on your departure date.
  5. In the unlikely event of your accommodation becoming unavailable a complete refund will be paid.
  6. The number of persons occupying the cottage shall not exceed the number stated on the booking form without prior consent.
  7. The owners reserve the right to have access to the property at all reasonable times, with prior notice whenever possible.
  8. The Owners cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to Hirer's property, or for personal injury, or damage to cars parked at Hirer's risk.
  9. We reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any person not complying with the conditions, or any conduct detrimental to the property.
  10. The Owners endeavour to maintain high standards of comfort and cleanliness at all times. The Hirer must therefore undertake to keep all furniture, fittings and effects in the same good condition as they were found. Legally, you are responsible for any damage, repair or special cleaning and charges will be made accordingly.
  11. You will receive by e-mail confirmation of your booking/deposit/ferry tickets and final balance received.
